Services:

Peak Perspective LLC provides drone and aerial photography and video, video recording, editing, and production, and website design, development, and management. The specific work for each job is listed in your quote or invoice. Anything not listed there is outside the scope of the job and may be quoted separately.

Quotes, Deposits, and Scheduling:

Quotes are good for 30 days from the date they are sent. Jobs over $500 require a 50% deposit before work is scheduled, and the deposit is non-refundable once work has started. Your shoot date or project start date is held once the quote is approved and any required deposit is paid.

Drone flights are scheduled based on weather and airspace rules. Final flight times may shift to keep operations safe and legal under FAA Part 107.

Revisions:

Every job includes one round of revisions at no extra charge. After you receive your first draft, send all requested changes together in one list within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, the work is considered approved.

A revision covers tweaks and edits to the delivered work, such as trimming clips, swapping music, adjusting text or color, or small website content changes. A revision does not cover new footage, reshoots, a new concept, a full re-edit, or blurring.

Once the revision round is delivered, the work is final. Additional changes are billed at $65 per hour, with a 1-hour minimum.

Blurring:

Blurring of people or other details is a separate service billed at $100 per production.

Payment:

Invoices are sent through PayPal and are due within 15 days of the invoice date unless the invoice says otherwise. Final files are delivered once the invoice is paid in full. Watermarked or low-resolution previews may be sent for review before payment.

Payments more than 15 days late are charged a late fee of $25, plus 1.5% of the unpaid balance for each additional month it remains unpaid. Peak Perspective LLC may pause work, take down hosted websites, or hold files on any account that is more than 30 days past due.

Discounts shown on an invoice apply only to that job and do not set the price for future work. Monthly services, such as website hosting or management, are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled in writing.

Cancellations and Rescheduling:

You may reschedule a shoot once at no cost with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice forfeit the deposit. If Peak Perspective LLC cancels because of weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns, the job will be rescheduled at no cost. If a project is canceled after work has started, you will be billed for the work completed up to that point.

Client Responsibilities:

You confirm that you have permission for Peak Perspective LLC to record at the location, including any property owner approval. You are responsible for getting consent from people who appear on camera, or for requesting blurring. Any logos, music, photos, or written content you provide must be yours to use. For website work, you are responsible for supplying content and logins on time, and delays on your end may push back the delivery date.

Ownership and Usage:

Once paid in full, you may use the final delivered photos, videos, and website for your business and marketing. Raw footage, project files, and unused clips belong to Peak Perspective LLC unless otherwise agreed upon before the job starts. Until an invoice is paid, all work remains the property of Peak Perspective LLC.

Peak Perspective LLC may show completed work in its portfolio, website, and social media unless you ask in writing that we do not.

File Delivery and Storage:

Final files are delivered by download link. Download links stay active for 30 days, so please save your files right away. Peak Perspective LLC keeps backup copies for 90 days after delivery and is not responsible for files after that.

Liability:

Peak Perspective LLC's total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not responsible for delays or problems caused by things outside our control, such as weather, equipment failure, third-party platforms (hosting, PayPal, social media), or FAA restrictions. Peak Perspective LLC carries drone liability insurance, and proof of coverage is available on request.

Disclaimer:

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage from using this website or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

General Terms:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Peak Perspective LLC may update these terms at any time. The version in place when you approve a quote applies to that job.
